Application

1. Uninterrupted Power Supply
In UPS Power System, a closed-loop hall sensor is used to measure the output current. The UPS controller performs feedback control based on this current to ensure the normal operation of the inverter power supply. Because of its fast response speed, it is especially suitable for uninterruptible power supplies in computers.

2. Solar Energy, Wind Power
Hall current sensors have a wide range of applications in photovoltaic DC cabinets, photovoltaic inverters, wind power inverters, and other occasions. Measure terminal will use Open-loop Hall Sensor: AHKC-BS、AHKC-E、AHKC-F、AHKC-K Series. The control terminal will use Closed-loop Hall Sensor: AHBC-LTA、AHBC-LT1005、AHBC-LF Series.

3. Photovoltaic DC cabinet application case
Take the photovoltaic DC cabinet that needs to monitor the output current and voltage of 8 photovoltaic combiner boxes as an example. Considering that the general confluence in the photovoltaic DC cabinet is connected with the busbar and the cabinet space is limited, it is recommended to use 8 smaller AHKC-BS 200A/5V Hall open-loop current sensors (as shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4) with the AGF-D DC cabinet bus collection device to calculate the real-time output of the previous 8-channel combiner box. At the same time, it can cooperate with a DC voltage sensor ACTDS-DV/V to realize the power and electric energy measurement.

6. DC distribution conversion
The system transformation requires that the DC system is switched without power failure, that is, the load is poured out and poured in without losing the DC power supply. The transformation project is difficult and must have a targeted professional transformation plan. In response to the above DC retrofit requirements, Split Hall current sensor can be used to replace traditional Hall Sensor or shunts to solve the DC current measurement problem in the retrofit project and to ensure that the DC bus and DC load are not powered off and operate safely during the retrofit process.

It is suitable for DC distribution transformation occasions such as substation transformation, communication room transformation, and railway locomotive transformation.
